To reach every neighborhood, village, rural area, and cultural micro-territory in the country — and then expand to the international stage — Connect Cultura developed its own model: the Smart Network of Cultural Promotion Franchises.

This structure is formed by three interconnected levels:

  • Parent Producers – present in up to 100 strategic territories, they lead the formation of the network in their regions.

  • Affiliated Producers – each one operates in specific cities or groups of cities, building local networks focused on management and direct impact.

  • Subproducers – responsible for neighborhoods, districts and communities, where they work directly with artists and establishments.

Each producer has well-defined functions, clear goals and an exclusive area of activity.
The Connect system controls geolocation, blocks overlapping territories, and distributes resources proportionally to the strength of each network.

Growth is structured and constant:
Each Mother Producer activates 10 Affiliate Producers,
that activate 20 Subproducers,
that activate 30 artists with their own cultural projects.
The result is a living network that expands with criteria, scale and real impact.

Thus, Connect Cultura will take root in more than 5,570 Brazilian municipalities by 2027 — and is preparing to take the same model worldwide.

Below you will find the official guides that explain how each level works.
They are the foundation of everything: from the first registered artist to the activation of million-dollar projects with 100% auditable resources.
