Account Deletion – Connect Cultura

If you wish to delete your account and all personal data linked to the Connect Cultura app, please follow the instructions below. This procedure complies with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and our internal privacy policies.

1. How to request deletion:

• Send an email to: privacidade@connectcultura.site
• Use the subject: ACCOUNT DELETION
• In the body of the email, inform:
- Your full name
- Email used for registration
- Reason (optional)

2. What will be excluded:

• • Personal information (name, email, CPF, etc.)

• • Interactions in the app (likes, applause, videos, submitted projects)

• • Activity and reward history

3. What is kept (temporarily):

• • Financial data required by law (e.g. receipts, payments, CTCs moved) are kept for up to 5 years for accounting purposes.

• • Security and fraud logs may be retained for up to 6 months to prevent abuse.

After verifying your data, your account will be permanently removed within 7 business days and a confirmation email will be sent.
